How do you qualify for the Sarawak MM2H Visa? This is the complete list of requirements.

REQUIREMENTS SARAWAK MM2H VISA

There are three ways to apply for S-MM2H.

Age 50 and up:

1) EITHER offshore income of RM7,000 p.m. (RM10,000 for couples)
2) OR fixed deposit of RM150,000. (RM300,000 for couples)

Age 40 - 50:

1) EITHER Offshore income of RM7,000 p.m. (RM10,000 for couples)
2) OR fixed deposit of RM150,000. (RM300,000 for couples)
3) AND buy a RM600,000 property in Sarawak

Age 30 - 40:

1) EITHER Offshore income of RM7,000 p.m. (RM10,000 for couples)
2) OR fixed deposit of RM150,000. (RM300,000 for couples)
3) AND EITHER undergo medical care in Sarawak
4) OR have school-going kids in Sarawak. (Minimum seven years old)

LOGC
Principle applicant is required to provide a Letter of Good Conduct from the Finland authorities, if you have a Finnish passport.

Medical Report
All applicants and dependents are required to do a basic medical for the presence of any communicable diseases at any private hospital or clinic in Sarawak.

Medical Insurance
All applicants and dependents need to be medically insured by a Sarawak-based insurance company. Cost: RM600 and above, depending on age, gender, etc. Incidentally, this requirement is waived for all applicants 59 years and up.

Minimum Stay
MM2H holders need to be in Sarawak for a total of 30 days per year.

Employment
MM2H holders over 50 years of age can submit a request to work part-time. Typically, this request is approved.
